Dishonest company. They list no phone number to cancel shipment. Ordered trial offer and they keep coming even after I've returned the shipment and cancelled the product!!!!! Finally I called the local police in St. George, Utah to investigate after reading SO many complaints on the company. I hope that they will cease this unlawful practice and be prosecuted for their unlawful practices. Everyone who has been defrauded should enroll and sign up...

I ordered and received the trial offer for $3.95 and $4.95 plus additional $1 for handling.Amounts were immediately on 8-29-16 applied to my card. No paperwork received in pkg. on 9-13 I had another $99.95 deducted from my card followed by another $89.95 on 9-15, neither of which had been authorized! As of 10-5, there has not been any additional products received for the two additional charges deducted from my act. The product does not work!This...

I ordered the Nouva lift trial face cream online and received the product which arrived with no paperwork or information. I also never received an email to confirm my order! Then in checking my cc statement this month I had two identical charges for $89.95 on the same day of the month for this month and last month. The charges were under two different company names and for nothing that I purchased online. I reported the fraudulent charges and...

80 and then the product arrived again this month and I was billed on my credit card again! I called the company and told them I was returning the product and recieved information about how to return the product and the return numbers needed. This is a scam on getting people to sign up for the creams. I cannot afford to pay this for face cream--it is way beyond my budget. The wrinkle reducer does not work! Now I have to deal with my credit...

I called the company and they closed my account and would only let me shop back for a credit 2 of the unopened products I have . The one product is marked 9/2 and today is 10/3 and said its outside the return window , I asked to speak to a supervisor and she wouldn't let me but put me on a lengthy wait to return...

Anonymous Can you give me the number? Same thing happened to me. It arrives with no invoice.

My 76 year old mom ordered a "sample" of two products for the cost of shipping fees.By the time I reviewed her credit card statement she had been charged over $400 (she was charged for her 2 "free" samples) and the next month received two more sample sizes (.05oz) & (1.5oz) for another $200. When I called and spoke to one of their representatives and explain that my mother is elderly and has dementia I was able to cancel her "subscription" and...

Anonymous I was also duped by this company as I just realized they charged me twice for $99.95. I did get a phone number off another persons complaint comment and called it. The connect...

I requested a "free" sample via an offer.Sent 5.95 for Handling. Next thing I know they dinged my credit card for $99.50. I tried to contact them. Their e-mail address is somewhere in India!!! I didn't even bother trying their "wrinkle reducer". In my mind they are simple out to scam fools like me. I have since cancelled my credit card since I have no idea when they will try again. They were smart enough to keep the hit under $100, since my...

I purchased a free sample where you pay for shipping of their anti-aging product, there was no fine print where they would be charging my card every month. There were two charges on my card $37.00 and $99.99. I cannot afford a $100.00 for skin cream since I am a senior on a fixed income and need to pay for food, medicines each month. I guess the old saying is correct "there is NOTHING free." Anonymous I guess Amanda has drunk the COOL AID. I'm sure he is highly paid to help sell 5 cents worth of Beauty Cream for 99.99.

Agree with all the other reviews. It's a scam. I ordered it for a one time payment of $4.95 to try it. Did not agree to any more charges, recurring or otherwise. Next thing I know, charging my card $90 each month. Product arrives in a plain envelope, no packing list, no instruction to return, nothing. Just a cream in an envelope. Did a little research on the internet and found the number. 1=844-720-9074 Be prepared to wait while they "process"...
