I thought i won a free sample off a jcpenny website which it was listed on the page i was on. Never said any thing bout nouvalift. U did know what product u were getting till u entered your zip code . Once i realized what it was i paid for shipping which said 2.95 well turns out they charged me from another one of there shell companies 5.95. So i called to cancel all together. Was told was canceled. Which was the 12th of dec . Well on dec 21st i get a box in mail doesnt say nouvalift on it then i opemed and there it is. Reguardless it 9 days after i ordered the canceled the order i get it . When i called them they tried say i didn't cancel my order and after 14 day the bill u for 95.98. Again wasnt 14 days she said we give u 4 mailing day and 10 days to try besides the fact i cancelled the order it was in my mail box on the 21st thats the whole dang trial pretty much they offered me 35.00 back . This product sales for 4.99 online this is fraud.

How do you contact Nouvalift?

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I am trying to cancel my order for Nouvalift wrinkle cream and there is only a recording on the phone # that says send an email to support@***.com. This is an invalid email address. Does anyone know how to contact them? I went to their website and they don't have any contact information there either. This is very frustrating. I will start working with my credit card company next but this is absolutely crazy. The product is not bad, I just don't want to receive it any more. Please provide contact information for customer service for this elusive company. It is also very odd that every month the product has a different name.

Total money theft,

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

ound out this creme was developed by the Duck Dynasty wives (or had something to do with it) so I thought free trial offer, $4.95 shipping no problem. I knew I was going to cancel within the 14 days, because there was no way the creme would be used up by then.

As soon as I received it I started the cancel process. Yes, I say process. Calls on hold for 20 min, I gave up, several times. Messages left not being returned.

Next thing I knew another order came (plain brown padded envelope with no paperwork, nothing but the small box with product in it) I couldn't figure out how this was being paid for, some of this probably my fault, as I have all my Credit card statements electronically. So as Life happens, and several more calls & messages I forgot. Two more shipments came. Finally I got so flustered I was obsessed in contacting this company.

Finally got someone with a pulse, said they'd issue a refund, still haven't seen it (going on 7 months now ) Got them to stop sending me any more of their creme. Then 4 months later i got another shipment .so i started the process again .now they have changed the way you are supposed to contact them, thru email. I listened to the message many times, even redialed several times to get address correct. However they say in recording of its an emergency or something to that effect please Zero.

So after I sent 3 different emails with them coming back undeliverable, I called when they first open at 7am. I was on hold for 23 min before i gave up. I called the credit card which this was charged on. I'm disputing some charges & closed the account down.

Pretty sad that it had to come to that. Now I have to make changes to any recurring payments to any other charges, either monthly, every other month, quarterly etc. Pain in neck. Thing I wasn't happy with my credit card company was that I received a text telling me I had a package coming from....

Did some looking and sure enough, more creme. Credit card company for me they couldn't do anything, I asked for a stop payment. I was told I needed to wait until the charge posted & I'd have to contact card company to dispute charge. So here I sit with over $487 worth of charges and still haven't finished the trial product.

Credit card company told me that they had switched names. Unsure exactly, but maybe that's how the shipments started up again & the bogus email address they want you to contact. Knowing straight up that by time new customers try to stop it'll be to late and they'd have already shipped 2 more items. Another strange thing is the cost had varied.

Some were $99.95, $89.95 & the last two were $49.97 (could that be from company name change, or actual new distribution company) Prior to this note I read reviews almost word for word what happened to me and many others. If you really, really think this stuff will work for you, make sure you cancel ASAP., or better yet, give them a pre-paid card or something that they can only get that initial $4.95 shipping. (play their game) unsure if this helps out any, but that's what I had to do to stop the money bleeding. Pretty sad how in this day the customer still can get hosed out of their money.

This is something I'd figure would come from a phone call to me trying to get my info to scam me, mostly from people whom speak bad, barely recognizable English. Buyer Beware!!

"Free sample just pay for shipping." Whiich is how they get your CC# Then you get it and its imossible to contact them again. One year later you get a bill because they wont stop sending the trial tubes. I had to dispute it at my bank, get a new card and ban them from charging my account again. They arent in it to make money off of wrinkle cream. They are there to get one year of payments for something you dont want. Dont fall for this, do not get the free sample, do not give them any information.

I have read the one star poor reviews and i was actually shocked by the poor reviews. I happen to love this product. I do not care who is the creator of the cream what i care about are the results. For me it does wonders on my face and neck. Love love love it. Before you read the negatives try it out for yourself and make your own judgement on this product. Thank you so much for giving my 40 year old face cofidence again.

I am 65 years old and have been using it below my eyes for a few years, it shrinks bags and wrinkles in that thin skinned area. I am very happy with it. I put it on before I go to work, just a dot on each side rids of bags and thin skin wrinkles.

You are part of this nefarious, lying company. The point is not the product but the misleading way in which it is sold.

$99/mo. for a tiny tube of basically hand cream is outrageous.

Nouvalift is a disapointing product

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I trusted the founder of this product and boy, was that a mistake. The customer relations is a shameful statue. I opted for the free trial in hopes that I , a nurse in the San Francisco Bay Area had found a product I could count on. I am not pleased with the products that I agreed to accept as a 1 time trial. I soon received a bill and got a 2nd delivery soon after the 1st one. When I attempted to call the company, the automated voice gave me aemail address to communicate thru. Well I simply need to be reimbursted for the products and have received no return communication. I am not able to let this blow over. I am an old woman with 5 grandchildren and I was just trying to do a little something for myself. What a scam! Is nothing Sacred? Alta

Scam scam scam

I signed up for thefree trial not realizing that i would be charged for my free trial items if i didnt cancel within 14 days. (My fault) I received an atuomatci shipment the following month. I called to cancel and was informed that the second shipment could not be returned andno refund would be issued. No supervisors would be available to speek with me and I am now out almost $400 for an item that does not work any better than over the counter items at less than 1/4 the cost. Shame on me for thinking I could return an unopened item. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!

SCAMMERS

I tried the product and it was advertised just to pay shipping and handling. I was charged $99 then $89. This company needs to be put behind bars. They are scammers in every sense of the word. Karma is a ***! Do not order from these *** buckets. They will rob you blind. Such a piece of ***. I hope you can sleep at night deceiving so many people and using celebrities to sell you product. Life has a way catching up with people. Laugh now, but one day, some will do to you what you are doing to so many.

I was quoted $149 for a product but when I looked at the receipt it was I was charged $451. I asked for my money back and the manager of the store refused to refund my money. I explained that that was not the price I agreed to and she said it was against their policy to refund my money. I am calling my bank to refuse the charge. I feel like I was scammed because instead of handing me the receipt, she slipped it in the bag thinking I would not look at it until later. I left the store without the product and she still would not refund my money. The store was located in the Mall of Louisiana in Baton Rouge, LA.

Nouvalift is a comlete scam

Ordered a free trial and agreed to $3.95 shipping. Received the trial product but was charged $99.95 + $3.95. Called customer service and he tried to explain to me that it was only free for awhile??? and that my free trial actually cost $99.95. Very poor English so may have been communication issue. Actually had the nerve to offer me more stuff at a discount if I didn't cancel. I explained that I didn't order anything and didn't want any future products or charges. He said OK and sent confirmation email, cancelling membership I never ordered however, I cancelled card just in case because I've read that they will cancel but continue to charge card. Why hasn't someone sued these people yet. They are using Joanna Gains and People Magazine names fraudulently.

Product received no good. So what, it was free except for shipping.

Well they used my credit and charged $99.00 me for product that I didn't request and sent me another tube. I called and canceled and returned product. They sent to me again and a third time. Now up to $300.00.

I called they apologized said they'd send a check after the end of the month billing cycle. The 15th of following month (we're no up to 5 1/2 months) no check. I call, get sent to escalation dept. "Oh, so sorry, we'll send check after end of month and billing cycle".

Now at 7 months no check. I call again and guy who answers phone laughs and says there's no escalation dept and they never rec'd product. I have UPS receipt and two other employees said they have record of receiving. Now I call and they tell me it's been almost a year and they can't return my $300.

I have no $300.00 and no product. I returned it.

By the way, it's orange and turned under my eyes orange. I don't want unwrinkled orange eyes.

Have you tried calling your credit card company ? It has been in my experience that they will be your advocate.

Normally credit card compqny want you tonstay with and continuing to use their card so it would be in there best interest tonresolve tour problen ASAP. I would have called them immediately to inform them of the poor customer service you have experienced with Novalift.

Hope this helps. Good luck.

Not a good experience !

Nouvallife was applied to my face at the in Nashville Tennessee. I bought some of the product. The sales person said it was a 3 year supply, it lasted 3 months and I used it just as directed. I started receiving product in the mail and they billed my credit card!!! I contacted the company and they said they would stop sending the product and I was to return what I had received for a full refund! The company took 2 more payments from my credit card and I NEVER received a refund. My bank had to stop payments to this company and that cost me more money! When you talk to a representative of the company they are very nice and they send you a email conformation of the refund, but they are LIERS!!! Do not get sucked in to this scam!

Nouvalift is a scam=DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered two trial size tubes of Nouvalift, which I was charged, $4.95 and $3.95 respectively. I received these in the mail. However, without my knowledge I was billed an additional $89.95 for one product and $99.95 for the other product which I never ordered.! I called the company and they were uncooperative telling me the products had been delivered. At no time did I received full sized merchandise for these products totaling nearly $200.00 nor did I order them!! To add insult to injury, I disputed the charge on my Citicard Platinum MasterCard and they ultimately ruled in favor of the merchant!! They had temporarily given me credit for these items while the dispute was in force. Susequent letters from them stated that, were now going to rebill me for the products plus interest and fees!! I will take this to the highest level. I intend to contact the Better Business Bureau regarding Nouvalift and take my complaint to the highest level of Citicard who has had my business for over 3 decades
